How to Cancel a License

You can cancel any active license yourself at any time from your Licence.pk dashboard. Cancellation is immediate, non-destructive, and leaves your service running until the end of the period you have already paid for — no further charges are made after that.

What "cancel" means on Licence.pk

  • Your license stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep using it normally until that date.
  • After the end date, the license is not renewed and you are not charged again.
  • No invoices are generated for the next cycle. Auto-renewal is turned off for that license.
  • Cancellation applies per license. Your other licenses on the same account are not affected.
  • You can request the cancellation back by contacting support before the period-end date.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in and open Licenses

Go to https://licence.pk/licenses and sign in with your account.

2. Open the license you want to cancel

Click the license you want to cancel. Make sure the Server IP on the license detail page matches the one you intend to stop.

3. Click Cancel

On the license detail page, top right, click the Cancel button.

4. Pick a reason and confirm

A dialog opens titled Cancel this license?. Pick a reason from the dropdown (required), optionally add feedback, and click Cancel License.

5. Confirmation

The page shows a green banner: "This license is cancelled. It will remain active until . No further charges will be made."

Will my server stop working the moment I click Cancel?+

No. The license is valid through the end of the period you already paid for. Your server keeps using the license normally until that date.

I already paid for this month — will I get a refund?+

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund what you have already paid for the current period. You keep the service until the period ends.

What if my license has an unpaid invoice for the current period?+

If there is an unpaid invoice for the period you are currently using, paying it still makes sense — it covers the service you already used. Cancelling stops invoices for the next cycle.

Can I cancel only one license and keep the rest?+

Yes. Cancellation is per license. You click Cancel on the specific license you want to stop.

I changed my mind — can I reactivate?+

Before the period-end date, contact support and we can undo the cancellation. After the period-end date, you simply place a new order for the same product and IP.

I see a Suspended license I want to cancel — does cancel still work?+

Yes. You can cancel a suspended license the same way. Because it is already not billing (suspended for non-payment or similar), cancelling just marks it as non-renewing permanently.

Where is the Cancel button if I have many licenses?+

Cancel lives on the individual license detail page, not the list page. Open the license you want to cancel, then look top-right for the red/grey Cancel button next to Change IP and Extend License.
